SPONSOR: EA Networks The half marathon starts and finishes at the Longbeach Estate. Crossing the Hinds River the course traverses the historic Longbeach Estate, one of the South Islands premier farming properties. The 21km run is an entirely off-road loop course, and includes contrasting sections on gravel road, single track, and wide flowing grass track and trails.
DOGS are not to be brought onto the property. You will receive a FREE steak sandwich or a sausage in bread after you cross that finish line !

ABOUT THE 12KM RACE
SPONSOR : Property Brokers The 12km run starts and finishes on the picturesque Longbeach Estate and takes participants on a rolling journey towards and along the stunning coastline of this part of the world. The 12km is an entirely off-road journey and you’ll spend time predominantly on gravel roads and wide, flowing farmland tracks. With very little vertical climb, and the most incredible views in the business, this 12kms will be one to remember. Suitable for all ages and there is one river crossing in this event.
You can enter on the day and you will receive a FREE steak sandwich or sausage in bread when you cross that finish line! This track is NOT suitable for prams or buggies. DOGS are NOT to be brought onto the property.

This event is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and there are NO river crossings. It IS suitable for off-road buggies. DOGS are NOT permitted.

There is no minimum age for the 5km fun run/walk. If your child is under 5yrs and capable of walking/running then please register them and they will get a race number, a sausage sizzle. If your child is in a buggy or will be carried, they are free and just bring them along (they will not receive a race number or sausage). All children under 5 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
