SPONSOR : Ashburton U-Hire The 12km walk option starts and finishes on the picturesque Longbeach Estate, and takes participants on a rolling journey towards and along the stunning coastline of this part of the world. The 12km is an entirely off-road journey and you’ll spend time predominantly on gravel roads and wide, flowing farmland tracks. With very little vertical climb, and the most incredible views in the business, this 12kms will be one to remember. Suitable for all ages and there is one river crossings in this event.
You will receive a FREE steak sandwich or a sausage in bread when you cross that finish line! This track is NOT suitable for prams or buggies. DOGS are not to be brought onto the property.

SPONSOR : Tavendale & Partners The 5 km fun run/walk options takes participants down to the stunning coastline and back again. The 5 km is entirely off-road on gravel and grass tracks. This event is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and there are NO river crossings. It is suitable for buggies. DOGS are NOT permitted.

ENTRY FEE : JUNIOR (17yrs and under) - $20 OPEN (18+yrs) - $40
PLEASE NOTE: There is no minimum age for the 5km fun run/walk. If your child is under 5yrs and capable of walking/running then please register them and they will get a race number, a sausage sizzle. If your child is in a buggy or will be carried they are free and just bring them along (they will not receive a race number or sausage). All children under 5 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
